Got in late last night after our two-day tour of Scotland's capital. It had all the components of a fabulous weekend away:
comfy B&B: check!
wicked architecture: check!
good highstreet shopping: check!
gorgeous old town (winding streets, narrow passages, cobblestones): check!
handsome husband: check!
bestest friend: check!
bagpipes, tartan and William Wallace: err, check!

Hurrah! Post pix! Edinburgh, most def. on my list of places to see next in the UK... maybe next year!
